In detail, the conviction on the trend of organic and biodynamic products in the next 24 months is expressed by 42% of the sample. Regional wines rank second (28%).
The analysis, carried out on the main world markets for imports of wine by volume (Belgium, China, Hong Kong, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States), certified a general optimism on the evolution of the market with most of the US, Germany and Japan respondents who expect market growth in the next two years. The operators in the United Kingdom are more pessimistic, with 44% forecasting a drop in the market. For professionals from the remaining countries surveyed, the market will stabilize.
Italy and France will compete for first place in terms of growth potential in the 2021 sales field.
