Two floors of the Givatayim mall were closed this morning (Sunday) due to concern that a person carrying the Corona virus had arrived at the mall clinic. The man who arrived at the Maccabi Healthcare Clinic, which is located in the mall and also near a general clinic on the same floor, arrived uncomfortable after returning to the US through Italy.

Maccabi confirmed that there was indeed a person suspected of carrying the Corona virus and that he was seeking further treatment, although the mall's management decided to close the mall's floors.

The Health Ministry said that the person who felt unwell and returned from the United States through Italy was examined according to the procedures and also emphasized that "there is no impediment to come to the mall and the routine of life can be continued as they are." In addition, the Ministry of Health emphasized that "the Ministry of Health does not issue reports of suspects or persons being examined, but only of verified patients. So far, hundreds of people with negative results have been examined for Corona."

The Ministry of Health urged them to follow the guidelines for those staying in these places for at least 15 minutes. That is, immediately go into the 14-day isolation at home and report to the Ministry of Health on site or at the Health Ministry hotline at * 5400. Call 101 should also be called if symptoms of fever, cough or difficulty breathing occur.
