(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 7 - 5 thousand assisted laventilation systems are arriving to strengthen the intensive care units. According to the provisions of the draft decree on health on the Council of Ministers' table, to manage critical patients infected with Coronavirus, purchases will be entrusted to the Civil Protection which will be able to proceed, through Consip, in derogation from the ordinary procedures for tenders, therefore more quickly. For these purchases, 185 million are expected, but at the moment they would still have problems of coverage.
