Israel's tourism situation is getting worse and today (Wednesday) we are announcing a series of recognized hotels that are closing their doors and will not receive guests in the near future. These are hotels all over the country, from the north to the south.

One of Israel's largest hotel chains, Fattal, is expected to close several hotels in Tel Aviv, one of the touristiest cities this season, and at the same time, it is unclear when the hotels will be closed.

Additional hotels closed include Isrotel Tower, the Nakash Brothers Opera in Tel Aviv, Oceania in Herzliya, Pavlica in Herzliya, Dan Nazareth, seven hotels belonging to the Prima chain, three of the Atlas chain hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and more.

On the Brown Hotels chain, they decided to take advantage of the situation and close down for some of the chain's renovations. In Isrotel and Fattal, steps are underway for some hotels with low occupancy rates and there may already be a few more closures in the coming days.

And what happens in terms of aviation? El Al Pietro already has more than a thousand employees and the next step is expected to be even more painful. The company is expected to fire and spend thousands of additional employees on vacations, including several hundred pilots.

However, the company chose to continue flying and in the coming days the company will take flights to several destinations including the United States, France, the Czech Republic and more. An investigation shows that the occupancy rate is very low, but some Israelis still choose to fly despite the difficult situation. This is an unprecedented situation that does not look the same in the State of Israel and no country in the world is taking such steps.

At the same time, Ishta decided to close all branches around the country, take the workers on vacation and pay the job down. Isha is the largest tourism company in Israel. Other companies that take out paid leave or leave employees are Gulliver, Flying Carpet, Arkia, Israir, Mona Torres, Geographical Society, Ophir Tours and more.

At the same time, the Hermon website announced that tomorrow the site will be free of charge - an interesting line for those who still want to go out and travel.
