(ANSA) - MARSEILLE, MARCH 14 - In line with the measures announced this evening by the French government, the Principality of Monaco has also announced the closure from midnight of "all public places not essential to the life of the country", including the famous casino. Until further notice, the Monegasque government stated in an announcement, only "food stores and markets, pharmacies, tobacconists, newsagents, fuel distributors and banks" will remain open. The places of worship will remain accessible to the faithful.
