Netflix postpones shooting of "The Witcher"
Several weeks ago it was announced that Netflix was looking for new locations for the film "Red Notice" * with Dwayne Johnson. However, the production was not postponed: Now the shooting of the second season of "The Witcher" has been paused for two weeks. The team around actor Henry Cavill is currently near London.
According to the deadline, however, Netflix ensures that all actors will continue to be paid despite the stop. It remains to be seen whether the break actually lasts only two weeks.
Filming of "Riverdale" stopped
As Deadline further reports, "Riverdale" was also hit: Season 4 production was stopped because a person in the team recently came into contact with someone whose test on Covid-19 was positive. The postponement will probably also affect the broadcast of the next episodes. It is not yet clear when the shooting will continue.
