Coronavirus: Italian experts test apps for tracking

A group of Italian experts is developing it, it is not yet downloadable from digital stores and there are contacts with the government "but at the moment there is nothing new", Luca Foresti, physicist and CEO of the network, explains to ANSA specialist polyclinics Santagostino medical center.

In addition to the Santagostino Medical Center, Giuseppe Vaciago, a lawyer and one of the leading experts in the protection of sensitive data in Italy and the technological companies Jakkla, Bending Spoons and Geouniq are also working on the application.

"We want to build a technological system that can go into the hands of the institutions to help them manage the crisis, taking into account the fact that it will not be short and will have growth, it is important to have tools that allow us to trace what is happening in the area", adds Foresti.
