Today's selection is a handful of covers made by some of my favorite singers. The pleasure of listening to a song that one likes recreated by another artist is something unique.
Here there are from some icons like Patti Smith to others less known, like Jennifer Warnes, who, although she has not had the solo career she deserves, is the singer with the most Oscars for the best song. And, of course, a voice that we associate with Leonard Cohen from the seventies, to whose songs he dedicated a beautiful album many years ago: Famous Blue Raincoat .
