Start the morning before everyone else

Eat healthy

You are used to making sure everyone eats all the meals, but it is important to pay attention to yourself too. So prepare nutritious dishes you love, and find (even if it is difficult) the moment to eat sitting and resting.

Prioritization of household chores

In the days when everyone is home and there are loads of dishes, laundry and cleaning - the mess celebrates and dirt with it. Do not overload yourself, choose what you focus on, and do chores with your spouse. You don't have to do everything, there are things you can put off for tomorrow so as not to get drained and exhausted by the end of the day.

Stop and watch for a moment from the outside

You go above and beyond these days, employing the children, preparing food, cleaning, caring and thinking ahead. So make an alert on the phone that reminds you to just stop, look at everything (including the mess) with joy and love, your children, and that is your pride.

End the day well and thank what is there

Wow, how many did you do in one day. Before you go to bed, take the hat off by yourself. Make a note of three things you thank, the neighbor who lent a game to the children to diversify their stay at home, their laughter and fun, the baby who managed to turn over alone, or anything else, even small, that happened today and cherish it.
