(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MARCH 24 - Wall Street runs with the speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, who says she is optimistic about reaching within a few hours of an agreement in Congress on the plan of stimuli to the economy. The Dow Jones rose 7.01% to 19,890.83 points, the Nasdaq advanced 5.52% to 7,243.89 and the S&P 500 posted a 6.14% increase to 2,374.41 points.
