To top it all off, a book entirely of chocolate to represent the work.
The first dark mousse, made with Perugina GranBlocco Extra Dark 70% and flavored with licorice, represents the darkness of Hell. The red flames were created with sugar paste. The Purgatory was made with a lighter mousse with an Extra 50% Dark Chocolate and salted pistachios.
With the last layer, that of Paradise, everything becomes softer and more pure, with a Perugina GranBlocco 30% milk chocolate and caramel mousse. (HANDLE).
