A seismic shock of magnitude 3.2, distinctly felt also in Ancona, occurred at 13.58 in the sea in front of the coast north of the capital of the Marche region, at a depth of 10 km. Shortly before, at 13.14, another shock, magnitude 2.1 (at a depth of 7 km), affected the Macerata area with an epicenter 3 km from Pieve Torina, already hard hit by the 2016 earthquake.
