(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 01 - Mayhoola, a group which includes Valentino, Balmain and Pal Zileri, will support the community of Madrid in the management of the health emergency in the Spanish capital. This was announced by a note from the group stating that "The project will contribute to the expansion of the Hospital Covid-19 Ifema field hospital carried out in record time at the Madrid Fair (Ifema) with the aim of receiving a total of 1,300 affected patients from Covid 19. The Coronavirus epidemic exploded in Spain in a short time and despite the measures taken in the city's hospitals, the capacity to welcome patients was not enough and the emergency services were already at the limit. This extraordinary temporary hospital facility will serve to improve the management of the health emergency in Madrid, one of the cities most affected by the pandemic in Spain. The infrastructure of the Madrid Fair is a key space to be able to carry out a complete and functional project in such a short time; halls 5, 7 and 9 of the fair will be implemented as well to the creation of spaces in the hall 10. Mayhoola will make a donation of 1 million euros or to contribute to the development of the field hospital which will become the hospital with the largest capacity of the Community of Madrid. The hospital implementation plan started on March 22, after less than twenty-four hours it was already operational and full operation is expected at the end of March, guaranteeing safety measures for patients and hospital staff ".
