Hundreds of thousands of companies made use of the state's partial unemployment scheme during the Coronavirus epidemic.
According to Muriel Pénicaud, 337,000 companies "have made a request" to activate the system with state services for 3.6 million employees.
The Minister intends that this measure "prevents layoffs" and makes it possible to "prepare the next generation after the health crisis".
