(ANSA) - TRIESTE, APRIL 3 - To safely face the new context linked to the emergency, Covid-19 Genertel launches Generel Everywhere, the first Italian insurance contact center that operates completely remotely. App, telephone, chat, email are the tools available to customers to be able to contact one of the over 700 consultants of the insurance company. Among the proposals put in place by Genertel, a note informs that dedicated to mobility with 'Stop andGo'. In case of non-use of the vehicles during the insurance year, through the App and personal area of the website it is possible to suspend and reactivate for free without limits to the number of suspensions the policies of cars, motorcycles, vans and vans.
If the suspension lasted more than 30 days, Genertel explains, the expiration date of the policy will be extended by a number of days equal to the suspension period at the time of reactivation. "From today we become the first insurance contact center able to serve Italian families remotely. From the first moment of the emergency we had a clear objective: to protect the health of our people, to be close to our customers and to ensure business continuity with solutions that meet the needs of today ", says Maurizio Pescarini, CEO and General Manager of Genertel eGenertellife. "In less than two weeks we have enabled more than 700 people to work from home. It has been a demanding undertaking, but we are satisfied with the positive responses received from our people and our customers."
