The Minister of National Education hopes that students will be in their schools in June.

The Minister of National Education hopes to catch up on the delay during this period of closure of schools and home schools. Asked on RTL this Monday morning, Jean-Michel Blanquer assured that "all the high school students will have classes until July 4 as soon as the confinement period is over".

While the month of June is traditionally dedicated to the organization of exams and the pupils are for the most part already on vacation during this period, the Minister plans the return of the pupils to their educational establishments.

"If the confinement period is over in the meantime, we will have succeeded in getting the students to work more in June," he said. “Due to the continuous monitoring, there will not be establishments taken by the exams in June as is usually the case. […] It is also a way of catching up with the current delay. "
