A resolution for the assignment of resources to the extraordinary commissioner Domenico Arcuri, whose role was established by the Cura Italia decree for the implementation and coordination of containment measures to counter the Coronavirus emergency, also arrives in the Council of Ministers. The commissioner, as stated in the text of the Cura Italia decree, is equipped with resources for the purchase of the goods necessary to combat the epidemic: the resources are "paid on special special accounts in the name of the commissioner" who can open a "special bank account "to settle transactions more quickly, if they require immediate or advance payment of supplies, even without a guarantee.
