(ANSA) - MILAN, 07 APR - Lindt Italia, a leading company in the production of chocolate, has decided to donate 20,000 chocolate eggs to some hospitals in Lombardy: Niguarda Hospital (Milan), Istituto Clinico Sant'Ambrogio (Milan), Cremona Hospital , Brescia Civil Hospital, Chiari Hospital, Desenzano Hospital and Bergamo Hospital.
The intent, as stated in a note, is to support "those who are in the forefront during the current health emergency, with the hope that they will bring relief and a little sweetness in this very difficult moment".
In addition, the company employees made a donation in favor of the Italian Red Cross, and the sum collected was tripled by Lindt.
