Apple wants to defy the corona crisis: A new iPhone SE is launched - and in the middle of times of supply bottlenecks.

Silicon Valley - Apple apparently has no liquidity bottlenecks and material procurement problems like many other corporations in the Corona * crisis: A new iPhone SE  comes onto the market after a long wait: It can already be pre-ordered, and it should actually be available from April 24.

Visually, the model is similar to iPhone 8 , but it is clearly l eistungsstärker . The optics and electronics of the camera have also been renewed.

According to Apple, the new iPhone SE model has received a technical improvement and should now be 2.4 times faster than its predecessor from 2016. In addition, it has a decisive advantage of the iPhone 11: The new processor A13 Bionic is built into the model. Apple no longer relies on face recognition on this model to unlock the model. A finger sensor (Touch ID) is built into the iPhone SE .

The new smartphone was actually expected to be available in early April. But the Corona crisis did not spare Silicon Valley either. Experts had already expressed concerns about whether the product launch would be possible on time. Because the developers in the USA work together with production experts in China. 

According to media reports, Apple corporate circles have claimed that the American company is well prepared. As usual with Apple, the model costs in the high price segment .

New iPhone SE model - significantly faster than its predecessor

The new model has better hardware than the iPhone 8 - but the entry-level model costs 50 euros less. There are a total of three models that differ in their storage capacity . With 64 GB of memory, the entry-level model is the cheapest at € 479 *. Followed by 128 GB for 529 euros and 256 GB of storage for 649 euros. 

Friends of the Apple top models are looking forward to autumn: because usually the new iPhone generation will be introduced.
