Hospitals against CEO: "Will not make us delinquent"
This morning, Dr. Ze'ev Feldman, director of the Sheba Pediatric Neurosurgery Unit, chair of the State Physicians' Organization and MD of the RA, responded to a publication yesterday in "Israel Today", according to which Health Ministry director Moshe Bar Siman Tov warned Hospital administrators believe that non-urgent medical activity during the Corona crisis is considered a violation of the law.

"It is inconceivable that the Director General of the Ministry of Health will, with a single glance, turn all the executives of the Corona-led war into criminals and threaten them with criminal measures under the Public Health Ordinance," Dr. Feldman responded today
"These seven hospital administrators are caring for Corona patients, while at the same time preparing to treat all citizens of Israel who are not Corona patients in need of medical care. Doubting the judgment of those at the forefront of the fight for public health is not only outrageous at this time. I urge the Director General of the Ministry of Health: Get back from this threat, "he added.
