France deplores this Sunday 242 more deaths than the previous day related to the coronavirus, according to a press release from the Directorate General of Health on this 41st day of confinement. 22,856 deaths since the start of the epidemic.
Out of all the new deaths, 152 took place in hospitals, where the epidemic has left 14,202 dead so far, and 90 in Ehpad-type social and medico-social establishments, for a total of 8,654 deaths.
43 fewer patients in intensive care
This Sunday, 7,553 patients were also hospitalized in intensive care or intensive care (including 4,682 due to the Covid-19).
