Coronavirus: chef, virtual meeting in Langa for the future

 - A focus on Italian catering that will have to be traced back from the very deep crisis caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, reinventing itself: it is one of the themes at the center of the second of the Food & Wine Tourism Forum20, this year strictly online after the inaugural edition at the castle of Grinzane Cavour (Cuneo ).

The training webinars - scheduled for 1 and 8 May - initially dedicated to the operators of Langhe Monferrato Roero - will be open to the public. In addition to catering, the 'Food & Wine Tourism Forum20' will deal fully with the themes of food and wine tourism between sustainability, design, innovation and communication.
