(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 27 - From Salesforce comes CoD @ Casa, a technological solution developed free of charge by the partner SopraSteria on the Salesforce platform. The solution gives an answer to one of the phenomena that have been seen most recently: the queues outside the supermarkets. In fact, the service offers the possibility to book your entrance from home in some Coop points of sale in Liguria and Lombardy, thus allowing you not only to reduce waiting times but also to better plan the presence in the supermarket in order to avoid gatherings.
Even in the healthcare sector, Salesforce makes it known that it is providing its support to Italian companies such as the Provincial Company for the Health Services of Trento (Apss). In this case the partnership is with PwC. Here the TreCovid19 app has been developed which allows you to remotely monitor and assist positive Coronavirus cases and their contacts through the detection of five parameters.
Globally, after immediately making multiple solutions available free of charge, the company recently announced Salesforce Care for Manufacturing, a solution thought for manufacturing companies that have converted their production processes to meet the ever-increasing demand for sanitary materials such as fans and devices of personal protection.
