The second phase, which is expected to be completed by the end of May, will allow the opening of museums, heritage institutions and galleries - opening up to a maximum capacity of 50 percent of the maximum occupancy, and the maximum number of people in each display space will be calculated by one person's key per 3 square meters.

Performances in the halls will also be held at 50 percent and up to 400 people in the hall.

Events in the public space will be held while ensuring distance between participants and approved subject to instructions. The number of participants will be determined by space in the field.

The third phase, which will coincide with a full return to education in the education system, will allow full return to the activities of all cultural institutions and to the audience in accordance with the maximum occupancy during routine days. Events in the public sphere will occur in accordance with the routines that apply on a routine basis, and additional financial sources will be raised - for the resumption of activities, including campaigns to encourage the return of audiences to halls and museums.
