"The spread of irresponsible behavior would produce a strong recovery of the contagion and would make the immediate restoration of the ban on mobility inevitable. It is clear to everyone that if there is no sense of responsibility on the part of each individual citizen, there is the risk the emergency and suffering of everyone, especially of children, is infinite ".

So the governor of Campania, Vincenzo De Luca, makes an appeal to the responsibility of the citizens after having verified "today in the street an excess of people without masks, without social distancing, with dangerous gatherings".

Today mobility has been allowed from 6.30 to 8.30 and from 19 to 22. "It was a measure taken to give breath especially to families with children. But it is essential to reiterate that the current ordinance makes it mandatory: use masks; social distancing; mobility only in the vicinity of one's home. Limitless, unprotected, disordered mobility is absolutely not permitted. Law enforcement and municipal police are invited to ensure strict compliance with the ordinance. "
