Vandalism is underway by demonstrators in the central area located between Piazza dei Martiri, via Gemmayze and Tabaris. During the night and even today Tripoli has been the scene of violent protests by demonstrators, who launched themselves against the banks' offices in the context of the serious and without precedent economic crisis. The army intervened in Tripoli and there have been dozens of wounded and one dead in clashes in the Lebanese north port.
