(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 29 - Oppo Italia has donated 100 smartphones to the Francesca Rava Foundation - NPH Italia Onlus, which has been active for 20 years in supporting children and coordinating and carrying out projects aimed at children in difficult conditions both in Italy and abroad . "Through this donation, Oppo wanted to renew its support for the people who need it most - said Daniel De Grandis, executive director of Oppo Italia - in a historical moment that makes isolation, distance and solitude its imperative, weighing on situations already delicate, Oppo wanted to give concrete expression to one of the greatest qualities that technology possesses, namely the ability to unite, bring together and eliminate distances, be they social or physical ".
Oppo smartphones will not be divided only between the hospitals (40 telephones in total), but will also be used and sent by the Francesca Rava Foundation within a district house, for the preparation of spaces inside the prison dedicated to the meeting between the child and the parent, at pediatric facilities, family homes and perminor communities.
