A Lucanian municipality, then, following a report made by the Nas of Potenza, ordered the closure of a rest home as it lacks the organizational requirements and professional figures required by law.
Inspections also in Ragusa, where the carabinieri referred a person in a state of freedom to the judicial authority. The suspect is the owner of a hotel house, accused of having disregarded the provisions on social distancing given in the context of an epidemiological emergency.
Over 40 people, including the elderly and health workers, tested positive at Covid-19 in an Abruzzo nursing home in the Lanciano-Vasto-Chieti ASL.
