(ANSA) - TOKYO, MAY 1 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange retraced at the last session of the week, in a context of exchange and weighed down by the correction of the US stock indices - in particular on the technology sector -, with investors showing greater caution on the developments of a vaccine against coronavirus. At the opening, the Nikkei index sold 1.02% to 19,987.33, with a loss of 206 points. On the currency market, the yen lost ground on the dollar at 106.60 and on the euro at 117.40.
