The famous red carpet of the Met Gala, the social event of the year held every May in New York, arrives on social media thanks to the #MetGalaChallenge. The challenge invites to recreate the best celebrity looks that in conditions not from Covid-19 would have been seen on the famous steps of the Metropolitan Museum. This year's MetGala edition was canceled due to the pandemic.
The initiative was initially launched by actor Billy Porter and then taken up by Vogue and invites everyone to recreate original and extravagant looks using any object available in the house.
#MetGalaChallenge will end on May 3, the day before the gala was initially scheduled, and the best looks will be published both on the Vogue website and on the official Instagram page.
