Scott Disick , the ex-partner of Kourtney Kardashian , left a rehabilitation center which he recently entered voluntarily and in the middle of the coronavirus-derived quarantine.
The businessman left the facilities of said center in Colorado, where he spent almost a week, however, he plans to start a lawsuit for an alleged leaked photo, according to E! News .
Disick's attorney Marty Singer told the cited media that the treatment center is to blame after an alleged image of the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was released at a group meeting.
In addition, he denied that Scott had sought help for problems related to substance abuse, assuring that his client entered rehabilitation due to the continuous pain he felt after the death of his parents, which occurred in 2013 and 2014.

"In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain Scott has been suffering in silence for many years due to his mother's sudden death, followed by his father's death 3 months later, Scott made the decision to control himself in a rehab facility last week to work on his past trauma, "Singer told E! News .
"He did not record any alcohol or cocaine abuse," added the attorney, noting that Disick is now returning to Los Angeles after having suffered a violation of his privacy.
"He has retired and is immediately returning home. We are alarmed by this extreme invasion of privacy and plan to take immediate legal action," he said.

Previously, E! News reported that Kourtney Kardashian would have played a major role in urging Disick to obtain professional help.
"He received a lot of guidance from Kourtney and she demanded that he seek help," said a nearby source. "Things have been bad for the past few weeks and Kourtney will not allow it around children unless he receives treatment," he added.
