Russian President Vladimir Putin said this when he opened the meeting on the implementation of measures to support Russia's economic and social sectors. "It's getting better, it's all in order. Not without a little fever, as often happens in these cases, but Mikhail is recovering," Putin said. "We got in touch every day and he has been involved in the work we have done and in preparing all our decisions.
