On his visit to Arizona, Donald Trump urged the country to reopen even though the toll on coronavirus victims will be heavier . "We cannot keep our country closed for the next five years," he said in a company that manufactures masks. " Will some be hit hard? Yes. But we must open our country and we must open it soon ", he urged.
The tycoon reiterated the ABC News concept: when asked if human lives will be lost to reopen the economy, the president replied that "it will be possible because we will not be confined to our homes".

Meanwhile, the death toll in the United States is rising sharply : 2,333 people have died in the last 24 hours, more than double the 1,015 people who died the previous day . This is what emerges from the updated count of Johns Hopkins University. The total death toll thus stands at 71,031 compared to 1,203,502 cases.
