(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 7 - Percoronavirus victims in Italy have risen to 29,958, an increase of 274 in one day.
Yesterday the increase had been 369. The figure was disclosed by the Civil Protection. Intensive care patients and patients are decreasing instead: 89,624 patients are sick, down 1,990 compared to yesterday, while 1,311 intensive care units are 22, less than yesterday. On the other hand, 15,174 people hospitalized with symptoms, with a decrease of 595 compared to yesterday, while 73,139 people are in home isolation, 1,285 less than yesterday. Finally, 96,276 people recovered from coronaviruses in Italy, an increase of 3,031 compared to yesterday. More than eight thousand patients were discharged and healed on Wednesday.
