"Beautiful", "Stunning" compliments abound for Adele, the English singer who for her 32nd birthday on Instagram has posted a photo in which she looks very thin and very similar to Katy Perry. Already at Christmas in another post Adele had seen herself in the phase of weight loss and even earlier in the autumn but the latter image is truly surprising. According to the Daily Mail, he has lost as much as 45 kilos in recent months. The singer in the photo shows off her new physique in a short black dress.

Adele has been following a diet for some 1000 calories a day in her case, as well as a fitness work of pilates and exercises. The diet, known as the Sirt diet was created by nutritionists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten and is based on the stimulation of sirtuins, a group of genes capable of stimulating the metabolism and burning fat, causing weight loss (the genes of thinness ). The diet is fascinating because these genes of thinness, sirtuins, are activated with very pleasant foods such as chocolate, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, buckwheat and chili peppers. Of course, like all weight loss-oriented diets, they must be personalized and applied under medical supervision.
Weight loss isn't the only change in Adele's life, just a year ago after seven years of marriage and a son, she separated from her husband Simon Konecki, co-founder of Life Water, a brand of water bottles in the UK.
