(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 07 - Giorgio Armani will not be on the catwalk at luglionella digital week promoted by the fashion chamber, but will present the Giorgio Armani and EmporioArmani collections for men and women in September. Whether it will be a real or digital parade, the evolution of the pandemic will say so.
The Armani Privé fashion show will instead be postponed to January 2020 and will not be in Paris, as usual, but will be held in the historic headquarters of Palazzo Orsini in via Borgonuovo, in Milan. An act of love for the capital city of the Region so severely affected by the pandemic, which is combined with the choice, announced by the stylist, to do less and better at the presentation level: the high fashion collection, which will have no seasonality, will include garments suitable for winter as well as lighter for the summer.
Starting next month, customers will have the services of the tailoring available: a large repertoire of models, current and previous collections, will be proposed and revised based on the fabrics chosen and the changes requested.
