(ANSA) - REGGIO EMILIA, 09 MAY - It is called 'Nina Mask' and is an anti-coronavirus mask built with biocompatible, indestructible, washable and washable non-allergenic material. Four companies have created and produced it and have put their skills in synergy. This is the 3DLine of Reggio Emilia, specialized in the 3D printing sector, the Plastic Four of San Martino in Rio, also in the Reggiano area, which deals with plastics, the other Reggio Emilia Cad solution that makes design and the Milanese Rc-Sed that focuses on eburocracy engineering.
It all started with the 'OsMask' project developed by 3DLine that had made the drawings available free of charge to create DIY masks with 3D printers. The company was contacted by the other three entrepreneurial companies to share the production.
"Currently the application for certification for an individual protection device with FFP certification is underway - explains Simone Gaddi, one of the owners of 3DLine - but the times of the bureaucracy are unfortunately long and slow. However, the tests carried out in the laboratory have provided excellent results".
The 'Nina Mask' are composed of three components: mask, filter, pressure cap. For its assembly, just look at a simple video tutorial. The filters have a maximum duration of 8 hours of use and in each box there are four. They can be bought in bulk on the shop. Each 'Nina Mask' kit costs 8 to 12 euros. (HANDLE).
