Vuelta: canceled the two stages in Portugal

The alternative host cities that will replace Porto, Matosinhos and Viseu have already been chosen, but will be made official after the completion of the itineraries ".
    "In an exceptional situation, such as the one we are experiencing, we must be flexible and understand this type of decision and change," said Javier Guillén, director of Vuelta. "It is a shame not to be able to visit Portugal, but we do not want this possibility to be shipwrecked: we will maintain relations and develop contacts, so that we can return to the Lusitanian country," he added.
