The sad list of young dead American rappers is growing. On the night of Sunday to Monday, Nickalus Thompson, better known by the pseudonym Nick Blixky, was shot dead in New York in the Brooklyn district.

According to CNN, the young man was found unconscious, wounded with bullets "in the chest and buttocks" according to a press release from the New York police department. The police mobilized after a call to 911, the emergency number in the United States. Nick Blixky was transported to New York City Health & Hospitals-Kings County where he was pronounced dead. No suspect has yet been identified and no one has been arrested. On a witness video, we can hear a police officer claim that in total, seven shots were taken against the rapper.
On June 3, Nick Blixky was to reveal his very first mixtape, Different Timmin , as he announced on Instagram a few hours before his death. On Facebook, Nasir Fisher, who explains that he is Blixky's brother, paid tribute to him. "My heart is broken, " he posted on the social network.
Recently, other American rap stars have lost their lives in tragic conditions. Juice Wrld, who died in early December of an overdose at Chicago airport, as well as Pop Smoke, murdered at his home in February by burglars.
