The E3 2020 has been canceled due to the coronavirus crisis. Nevertheless, various developers have planned replacement events for the world's most important game fair.

Los Angeles, USA - As in all areas of life, the coronavirus crisis is also taking its toll on the gaming industry. With the E3 the most important game fair in the world was canceled. Traditionally, the latest games and trends of the next few years are announced here during countless press conferences . Since this won't be possible in Los Angeles this year due to the Corona crisis, more and more developers and publishers are now deciding to simply organize their own E3 replacement events over the summer.
The Summer Games Fest leads the way. The event series hosted by scene size Geoff Keighley is intended to form a kind of framework for the majority of the E3 replacement events . Additional press conferences from major publishers such as Ubisoft or Electronic Arts are also planned. Events from Sony and Microsoft on their new PS5 * and Xbox Series X * consoles are also expected.
