After two months of almost total cessation of activity, it is obvious for the unions of employees: their employers will want to negotiate, to rebound at the end of the crisis and thus ensure the long-term survival of their structures, agreements of collective performance (APC). The system, inspired by the job retention agreements (MEAs) created at the start of the Holland five-year period, aims to provide businesses with the flexibility they need to adapt quickly to the economic situation.
