(ANSA) - CATANIA, MAY 19 - The shoe company 'Made in Sicily Shop' by Luciana Cavalli, in collaboration with the Oratorio San Filippo Neri, has created and donated 700 antivirus masks of the Garibaldi diCatania hospital. They were delivered to the general manager Fabrizio DeNicola and to the medical director Giuseppe Giammanco for being destined for children admitted to the Garibaldi-Nesima Pediatrics, directed by Antonio Palermo, and to their parents. The masks will be delivered to the recipients at the time of their discharge.
"Although we have gone through the worst of times - De Nicola said - it is necessary to be very careful, especially when patients leave the hospital to return to their daily life. I am really happy that, still today, certificates of closeness and solidarity towards our hospitalized and many health workers arrive who have not saved their energy. " (HANDLE).
