(ANSA) - CALCUTTA, MAY 19 - Millions of people are trying to save themselves for the arrival of one of the worst cyclones in recent decades that is heading to India and Bangladesh, with complicated evacuation plans complicated by the corlock virus virus.
Bangladeshi authorities have planned the evacuation of 2.2 million people fearing that Cyclone Amphan is more destructive than Sidr, which in 2007 resulted in the death of 3,500 people. Emergency Minister for EnamurRaman said that the number of shelters has doubled to ensure social distancing and that everyone will have to wear the mask. They have also been provided for in separate shelters for Covid-19 patients.
