From Fabio Quartararo to Alex Rins via Joan Mir and Tito Rabat. We will have to wait a little longer before seeing the protagonists of the three classes of the MotoGP championship compete against each other on the most famous circuits in the world but, in the meantime, the first positive signs arrive. Starting on Wednesday 13 May, the Principality of Pas de la Casa circuit returned to welcome the pilots, after the Government of the Principality of Andorra made official the transition to Phase 2, a step that follows the two months of restrictions imposed to face the coronavirus pandemic.
The reopening of the Circuit of the Principality Pas de la Casa is allowing all professional drivers residing in Andorra to train again on the track. The collaboration between the Government of Andorra, the ministries of Sport, Economy and Health was crucial, without forgetting the contribution of the Reale Avintia Racing team and the Automovil Club de Andorra which, together with the Motorcycle Federation of Andorra and Crèdit Andorrà , they believed in this project from the beginning.
The excellent management of the health crisis by the Andorran government has meant that the 22 riders (including nine from MotoGP as well as others from Moto2, Moto3, MotoE and WorldSBK) residing in Andorra can turn and train.
