After the ok of the Technical Scientific Committee. Bonetti: '185 million allocated' (ANSA)

After the OK from the Technical Scientific Committee and with an allocation of 185 million, summer camps can start, giving help to the many parents who returned to work with Phase 2. The date set is June 15th, but on time the the last word will be up to the Regions, which if ready can anticipate its opening, or in case of any territorial contagions, they can postpone it. Veneto, as announced by President Luca Zaia, could already open its summer centers, organized also by the Diocese, from educational farms and peer schools as early as next week.

Each region will adopt territorial regulations, but all must comply with the Guidelines of the last Dpcm which establishes a numerical relationship between child and adolescent operators, graded according to age. For children aged 3 to 5 there will be one adult for every 5 children; from 6 to 11 years, one adult for every 7 children; for teenagers aged 12 to 17, one adult for every 10 teenagers. In the case of children and adolescents with disabilities, the relationship will be of an operator for each child or teenager.

To avoid gatherings there will be reception "triage" and the entrances must be staggered at least 5/10 minutes and when possible entrances and exits will be separated with obligatory routes. The reception points must be outside or in a separate entrance to the area where the activities take place to prevent the entry of adults accompanying minors. At the reception point a fountain or sink with soap and water must be available or, in the absence, hydroalcoholic gel will be used to sanitize the child's hands before it enters the structure; same thing will have to do before being returned to parents. The triage procedure also involves asking parents if the child has had a fever, cough, breathing difficulty or has been ill at home. Body temperature verification is foreseen "with body temperature detector or non-contact thermometer". Same procedure also for the entrance of the operators. The equipment and objects used by children will have to be cleaned at least once a day and every time they change activities they will have to wash their hands, especially before meals. Obviously forbidden for children to share cutlery and glasses.
