(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, 21 MAY - Municipality of Bologna and Macron, a leading Italian company in the technical sportswear sector, have signed a protocol to make masks available to city residents at the price established by the Government: the company will sell them online from 22 May , with home delivery also by the riders of the shipyard ethical deliveries.
Macron has activated its production and distribution chain in Asia and Italy to create these support devices, primarily of public bodies and hospitals, but also for the sale to private users. For this reason it has accepted the request of the Municipality of Bologna and has activated its own logistic and technological platform to give the possibility to all residents of the city to find surgical masks in the fastest time and in the easiest way possible.
From Friday 22 May to Sunday 14 June, by logging on to the stop-covid.macron.com/comune-bologna site and registering for a tax credit and tax code, every resident of Bologna will be able to purchase the masks in packs of 50 pieces at the legal price of 25 euros. A maximum of two packs (100 pieces) can be purchased. Macron provides 500,000 masks in total on the platform. The masks will also be delivered by the riders of the Shipyard ethical deliveries, a project promoted by the Municipality and the Foundation for Urban Innovation. (HANDLE).
