"We ask the government to stop this escalation of announcements and ultimatums : let's do what needs to be done." This was asked by the director general of Aiscat, Massimo Schintu, in a conversation with ANSA on the Aspi case. "We had a dialogue with Minister De Micheli, but here it seems to me that everyone stands up and has their say, that there is no government line", Schintu observes, stressing that from the dealers "it is not about blackmail, but an acknowledgment by the whole system ".
"The whole sector is entrusted to rules that are crumbling the system. And the attitudes and declarations, like saying 'I take the concessions out to everyone', mean that the debt capacity has contracted. This is a problem not only for Aspi but also for all public and private dealers ". Schintu raises the alarm after the controversy over Aspi. "It seems that there is a drawing but we have no proof of it, to prevent the activities of the concessions: if there is, it will be made explicit", says Schintu, who underlines: "If not even Aspi can do it, how is it possible that does the whole sector resist? ".
"Barking dog does not bite, the M5s has talked a lot but has done nothing. The concessions as they are configured today are a scam against the Italian people, I think they should be revoked, that the infrastructures should be put back to tender with decent rules and the Benettons if they want to participate in the new race ". The FdI leader Giorgia Meloni said it, interviewed at Tg2, speaking of the motorway junction.
