F1: Ecclestone sees Hamilton-Vettel pair in Mercedes

 "I'd like to see Sebastian on a Mercedes. It would be good for Formula 1 as a whole if it could compete against Lewis Hamilton there. It would be fabulous for the spectators." Word of Bernie Ecclestone, for 40 years patron of Formula 1 and friend of the German Ferrari driver.
    With the exception of the crash in Baku 2017, Hamilton and Vettel have never shown any particular disagreements in their relationship: "The two of them get along easily. I don't see ego problems. Two such exceptional drivers would certainly form a super team. I can't imagine Vettel and Hamilton's efforts create concern. And I know that Vettel would love to challenge Lewis on an equal footing, "said Ecclestone, interviewed by German television RTL.
