Relative deviation in corona virus infection over the last 48 hours. The Ministry of Health announced Thursday (Thursday) that 64 new cases were registered in the last day. In the previous day, the number was 46, and just two days ago, only 15 stickers were counted. Last week, an average of 18 patients were counted per day, with an increase of 32 patients a day before the holiday.

According to the Ministry of Health, 16,872 people have been infected in Israel to date. There are currently 1,909 active patients, 35 of whom are in moderate and 37 in serious condition. Of the latter, there are 36 respiratory patients. The cumulative death toll stands at 284 after one patient passed away today.

Since the corona virus has spread in Israel, 14,679 have recovered. Today 4,182 tests were performed for the virus and yesterday 6,432.

The Ministry of Health monitors the various numbers and centers of morbidity and assesses the situation to consider the steps needed to deal with the increase in morbidity. At the office this evening, the public called for strict adherence to the guidelines, including wearing a mask and maintaining social remoteness.

Deputy Health Minister Yoav Kish wrote in his Twitter account that "the behavior and feeling that the corona behind us is incorrect.

Meanwhile, Bat Yam Mayor Zvika Brut confirmed that today there were three cases of corona in the city's education system. Brut informed residents that there were three students at two different schools. At the same time, the Municipality of Or Yehuda announced three family members, a mother and two children, who were infected with the Corona virus. All students who came into contact with these agents were instructed to go into isolation.  

Earlier this evening, the number of people diagnosed with the Corona virus at the Hebrew Gymnasium High School in Jerusalem rose to 18 people. 11 of them are students and seven are educational staff. Throughout the day, more than 600 tests were conducted at MDA's "Check and Travel" station near Teddy Stadium in the city.
