The Prime Minister unveiled the modalities of the second phase of the deconfinement of the country from June 2. "The news is pretty good" announced Edouard Philippe during a much awaited press point, before adding that "freedom is becoming the rule again".
According to the map of France presented, almost all the departments turn green ... except three, which turn orange.
The 100 kilometer limit is lifted and the Prime Minister has been rather optimistic when the internal borders of Europe are reopened for June 15. In addition, bars, cafes and restaurants will be able to reopen, under strict sanitary conditions, especially in orange areas. The Minister of National Education, Jean-Michel Blanquer, also announced a total reopening of the colleges.
